Dragon Nest Classic Privacy Policy
Effective Date/Last Updated: October 19th, 2026
Eyedentity Games, Inc. ("Eyedentity," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect Personal Information when you use Dragon Nest Classic and the related services described below, and explains the choices and rights available to you.
| Important Please read this Privacy Policy together with the Terms of Use and any just-in-time notices displayed when we collect Personal Information for a specific feature. |
1. Scope and Controller
1.1 Services covered
This Privacy Policy applies to Dragon Nest Classic as offered to users in the United States, including the game client, launcher, official websites (the “Sites”), account systems, purchase and payment features, Customer Support, official community features controlled by Eyedentity, and other related services (collectively, the "Services").
1.2 Entity responsible
Eyedentity Games, Inc., located at T&S Bldg. 2F-3F, 33, Seoae-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea, is responsible for the Personal Information processed as described in this Privacy Policy. Depending on the applicable law, Eyedentity may be referred to as the controller, business, organization, or personal information manager.
1.3 Third-party services
Third-party platforms, payment providers, social media services, distribution platforms, and community services may process information under their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not govern a third party's independent processing. Discord is not an official channel for submitting statutory privacy requests.
2. Age Requirements
2.1 Minimum Age
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the “Minimum Age” is 13. The Service is not directed to children under the Minimum Age, and users under the Minimum Age are not permitted to create or maintain an account. We do not offer a parental-consent mechanism that permits a child under the Minimum Age to use the Service.
2.2 Age screening and deletion
We may request age or date-of-birth information before allowing account creation or access to age-restricted features. If we learn that we collected Personal Information from a user below the applicable Minimum Age, we will take reasonable steps to suspend or terminate the account and delete or de-identify the information. We may retain limited information where permitted or required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping.
2.3 Teen Users and Parental Consent
For purposes of this Section, a “Teen User” means a user who has reached the Minimum Age but is under the age of majority applicable in the jurisdiction where the user resides.
A Teen User may create and use an account only after the Teen User’s parent, legal guardian, person having parental authority, or tutor, as applicable, has completed our parental consent process. Through this process, we provide the consenting adult with notice of the relevant collection, use, and disclosure of the Teen User’s Personal Information and obtain authorization for the Teen User to use the Service and for the processing of Personal Information necessary to provide the Service. Where applicable law requires separate consent for a particular processing activity, we will request that consent separately.
We may collect information reasonably necessary to verify the Teen User’s age, verify or document the identity and authority of the consenting adult, and maintain a record of the consent. If we cannot obtain or reasonably verify the parental consent required for account creation and use of the Service, or if that consent is withdrawn, we will not permit the Teen User to create an account or may suspend or terminate the Teen User’s existing account. We may retain limited information where permitted or required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping.
We do not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of consumers under 16 without the affirmative authorization required by law. Any sale or sharing of Personal Information, targeted advertising, or profiling in furtherance of targeted advertising involving Teen Users will take place only where permitted by applicable law and after obtaining any separate consent or authorization required from the Teen User or the Teen User’s parent, legal guardian, person having parental authority, or tutor, as applicable. Parental consent for account creation and use of the Service does not, by itself, constitute such separate consent or authorization.
We apply any additional privacy protections required for Teen Users under applicable law.
Nothing in this Section permits a user under the Minimum Age to create or maintain an account, even with parental consent.

3.1 Payment-card information
Payments are generally processed by payment providers or distribution partners. We do not necessarily receive full payment-card details. A payment provider's independent processing is governed by its privacy policy.
3.2 Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not intentionally collect the contents of unrelated files, communications, or applications through anti-cheat tools. Please do not include sensitive information in public UGC or Customer Support communications unless it is necessary for us to address your request.
4. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you create or use an account, make a purchase, contact Customer Support, participate in an event, communicate through the Services, or otherwise provide information. We collect information automatically when you use the Services, including through cookies, SDKs, logs, local storage, anti-cheat tools, and similar technologies. We may also receive information from third-party sign-in providers, payment and distribution partners, service providers, and other users where reasonably necessary to operate and protect the Services.
5. How We Use Personal Information
We use Personal Information for the purposes described in Section 3 and, more generally, to provide and administer the Services; authenticate and protect accounts; complete transactions; provide Customer Support; operate social and community features; communicate about accounts, security, transactions, policy changes, and Service operations; improve and personalize the Services; measure performance; detect and investigate cheating, fraud, abuse, and security incidents; enforce our Terms and policies; comply with legal obligations and valid legal process; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We send promotional communications only where permitted by applicable law. Where consent is required for a processing activity, we request it separately and allow it to be withdrawn, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies necessary to authenticate users, maintain login sessions, protect access to accounts, and support the operation of the Sites. Our collection and use of account information, communication preferences, and cash purchase and spending records are described in Sections 3 and 5.
6.1 Analytics and Advertising Technologies
Our Sites use Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure visits, user interactions, and advertising effectiveness. These technologies may transmit online identifiers and information about visits and interactions to the relevant providers, depending on their configuration. The absence of an advertising cookie does not necessarily mean that no information is transmitted.
We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. Certain disclosures to advertising providers may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under applicable privacy law. Information about applicable privacy rights and how to contact us is provided in Sections 11, 13, and 15.
Where the Sites display embedded third-party content, such as YouTube videos, your browser may also communicate technical information to the provider to load and display that content.
6.2 Managing Cookies
You can use your browser settings to manage, block, or delete cookies. Blocking or deleting cookies necessary for authentication or session management may sign you out or prevent account-related features from working properly.
Browser cookie controls may not prevent all information transmissions by other technologies. Deleting cookies does not delete your account or change your marketing email preferences.
6.3 Marketing Email Preferences
We send promotional emails to users who have opted in to receive them. You can give or withdraw your consent by selecting or clearing the marketing email option in your account settings.
You may also unsubscribe using the method provided in a promotional email. We will process withdrawal requests within the period required by applicable law.
Withdrawing consent to promotional emails does not prevent us from sending non-promotional messages necessary for account administration, security, transactions, or Customer Support. Your marketing email preference does not control cookies or other technologies used on the Sites.
7. Anti-Cheat, Fraud Prevention, and Security Monitoring
7.1 How the tools operate
To protect users and the integrity of the Services, the game client, launcher, or related software uses anti-cheat, security, fraud-prevention, and crash-diagnostic tools. While the relevant software is installed, launched, or running, depending on the tool and event, these tools may verify game or resource files; analyze relevant software binaries; inspect relevant portions of system memory; check running processes or applications and indicators of known or suspected unauthorized programs; and generate or transmit detection, security, or diagnostic logs. The categories of information are described in Section 3.
7.2 Limits and notice
We use these tools for integrity, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and enforcement, and not to intentionally access the contents of unrelated personal files or communications. We configure collection and transmission to be limited to information reasonably relevant to those purposes. We provide a notice in the launcher, installation flow, or another appropriate location before activating processing that requires separate notice or consent.
7.3 Enforcement decisions and appeals
Anti-cheat information may contribute to automated or human-assisted account restrictions. If an account restriction is based solely on automated processing and applicable law requires additional transparency, we will provide information about the use of automated processing and the principal factors or information that led to the decision. You may request review through Customer Support. Where required by law, you may submit observations to a person authorized to review the decision. If the review identifies an error, we will take appropriate corrective action.
8. How We Disclose Personal Information

| Corporate transaction participants | Evaluate or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction. | Information reasonably relevant to the transaction, subject to safeguards. |
We require vendors that process Personal Information on our behalf to use it only for authorized purposes and to protect it appropriately, except where the vendor acts independently under applicable law. Current material providers and international processing arrangements are identified in Appendix A.
9. Public Profiles, Rankings, Community Features, and UGC
Certain features are visible to other users or the public, including public-facing nicknames or profiles, leaderboards, rankings, in-game chat, community features, events, and UGC. Information you choose to make public may be seen, copied, collected, or used by others, including outside the Services. Do not post information that you do not want to make public. We process UGC and related metadata to operate these features, moderate content, investigate reports, enforce our Terms and policies, and protect users and the Services.
Deleting an account may not remove content that other users have copied, content that has been incorporated into an ongoing conversation, or information we must retain for moderation, safety, legal, or evidentiary reasons.
10. International Processing and Transfers
The Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than the country in which you live, including the Republic of Korea, the United States, and countries in which our service providers or business partners operate.
These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. In particular, Personal Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws of the relevant foreign jurisdiction and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or government authorities in accordance with those laws. We take measures required by applicable law in connection with international transfers and the use of service providers.
11. Your Rights and Options
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights concerning your Personal Information. To protect your privacy, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity, account, or authority before fulfilling a request.
11.1 Marketing communications
You may opt out of promotional emails through your account settings or by using the unsubscribe method in the message. We may continue to send non-promotional communications concerning your account, security, transactions, Customer Support, policy changes, or operation of the Service.
11.2 Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access to Personal Information we hold about you and ask that inaccurate information be corrected. You may also request deletion of Personal Information, subject to exceptions that permit or require us to retain information, including for security, fraud prevention, transactions, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
11.3 Consent and processing choices
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before the withdrawal. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing or to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling.
11.4 Portability and appeal
Where required by applicable law, you may request a portable copy of qualifying Personal Information, and appeal a decision we make concerning a privacy request.
11.5 How to exercise your rights
You may submit a privacy request using the contact information in Section 13. Please describe your request with sufficient detail and provide information reasonably necessary to process your request and, where necessary and permitted by applicable law, verify your identity or authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by applicable law. We shall confirm receipt of your request and respond within the periods provided by applicable law. Where an appeal process is required by applicable law and we deny your request, you may submit an appeal using the contact information in Section 13, and we shall respond within the applicable statutory period.
12. Security of your information
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. The measures used depend on the nature of the information and the circumstances of processing.
Although we take reasonable precautions, no security measure or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other incidents will never occur. If a security or privacy incident requires notification, we will provide notice to affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable law.
You should use a strong and unique password, keep your credentials confidential, log out of shared devices, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
15. Regional Privacy Disclosures
